The Ramsgate Retirement Village consists of 61 cottages and a community centre which has a lounge, dining room, hairdresser, small library, snooker room, table tennis table, and games. The cottages are all face brick and each has a small garden. The Village of Happiness bus calls at the Ramsgate Village on all trips. The cottages are all sold on Life Rights. All other sports and amenities are available at The Village Of Happiness which is located a short drive away.
